Cultured Butter

Ever had butter so good that you wanted to put it on EVERYTHING?  That is what Kristie Lee, owner of Cultured Butter, specializes in.  She makes beautiful butter from grass-fed cream and takes it to a new level with fantastic flavours.  There is the classic Salt, the savoury Garlic & Chive, and the sweet Carmelized Onion & Date - just to name a few.  I have used them on baguettes, perogies, pasta, pancakes, popcorn and toast!  I think if Julia Child was still with us, she would be a huge fan.  So, as a personal fan, I was honoured to be the person Kristie chose to take Personal Branding photos for her website!  I wanted Kristie's fun and energetic personality to shine through, and highlight the fact that her product is handmade, from the heart.  Mission accomplished!  You can find Kristie and her Cultured Butter at the West Hillhurst Farmer's Market every Wednesday!  Her butters are also sold at several markets, stores and restaurants in Calgary!  Find out more at her website.
