BOOKING

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your booking.
You are allowed 1 reschedule for your portrait session. If you need to reschedule within 3 weeks of your scheduled session we will charge a $400 rescheduling fee.
Session must be booked prior to expiry date if using a voucher.
Offers and promotions cannot be combined and are not redeemable for cash or any other goods. Offer is no longer valid after expiry date and may not be transferred.
Special offers cannot be used to purchase portraits from a previous portrait session.
Laurie MacBrown Photography respects your privacy and your personal information is not shared with any other third party or organization.

All ordered images are backed up and stored for 12 months. Other images will be removed 2 months after your ordering appointment.
You are allowed 1 ordering appointment in-person immediately following your portrait session to select your images. Additional ordering appointments via Zoom may be scheduled for a fee of $400.

Digital images will be delivered via an online gallery 3-4 weeks after your order.
If you're not 100% happy with the retouching on your images, you must notify the studio within 48 hours to receive 1 complimentary round of retouching. Any requests after that will be quoted at $100/hour with a 1 hour minimum.
Wall art, albums, and prints arrive 6-8 weeks after retouching is finalized.
When you're notified of your order, you must pick it up from the studio within 2 weeks.
